Want to be able to blow by defenders or chase down attackers? In a matter of days you will run faster from 0-10 meters, 20-30 meters, and longer, depending on your goals. Based on your force-velocity athletic profile I will create a specific program to improve your speed.
How would it feel to outlast everyone in the second half? I will strategically improve your fitness levels around your current schedule
Here is how the program works:
STEP 1: We schedule a 15-minute video chat where I get to know you and your soccer goals including any challenges you are facing. We discuss injury history, soccer schedule, etc. If we decide it is a good fit and you are someone who will stick to the program and do the work, we move to the next steps…
STEP 2: You will complete a few simple biomechanic/athletic tests that will help me assess your athletic profile. This includes a few photos and filming yourself walking and jogging from the front and side so I can address your biomechanics. It’s quick and easy and I will send more details once we agree to train.
We will also discuss the option of including GPS analysis using Playermaker Technology. You will have access to your own performance that we will integrate into your overall periodization plan and programming, just like the pros. With the use of objective data, it allows me (and you) to view your progress and adjust training loads week by week and make alterations to your training program and schedule. Each training session and match we can track your key performance indicators.
STEP 3: In less than a week you will receive a customized, first month training program tailored to your needs and soccer schedule. We will also be in touch regularly with weekly check-ins and consistent support to ensure you achieve your goals.
This is not like anything else on the internet. I do not just accept anyone, I need to see you operate with integrity and will follow instructions. Otherwise, we are wasting each other’s time.

Simple tests that help me determine your areas of need as an athlete, joint and movement restrictions, and more.
This stage is crucial to develop your individual training plan to help you prevent injury as well as your performance orientated training program
This also helps determine what exercises and type of training you need. Are you fast but lack strength, or vice versa? Are you fluid or stiff in your movement? Do you have good ankle range of motion? Things like this are addressed.
